For the females that might be reading this, I have found that the best under clothes to wear are anything without cotton. I will be taking two under armor shirts and underwear (Starter brand from Wal-Mart), two pairs of soccer socks (primarily made of nylon and polyester), a normal pair of shorts, underwear, socks, and a shirt for sleeping or hotel nights, and that’s pretty much it for the clothing.
